  • Payment

    iDEAL is currently the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way.

  • As an internet banker at Postbank, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING or SNS Bank, you can immediately use iDEAL. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank.

  • The amount is immediately debited from your payment account, so that we can immediately start processing the order.

  • Delivery time

    The delivery time of trousers that are in stock is between 1 and 5 working days. If a pair of trousers is not in stock, it is useful to send an email asking when the trousers in question will be back in stock.

  • exchange and return

    From the moment you receive your order at home, you have fourteen (14) days to review the item(s). If you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within this trial period.

  • All items must not be worn, washed or damaged. The item must be packed in the original packaging with all hang tags/cards still attached to the item. If these conditions are not met, Lether reserves the right to compensation.

  • Fill in the return form completely and add it in the package. You will find the return form with your order. Always state the order number.

  • Send the return package with sufficient postage to the following address:

  • Return shipment costs

    The costs of a return shipment are for your own account, and are therefore not reimbursed by Lether. We recommend sending your return as a package via PostNL. Then you will receive a proof of shipment and your package will always be traceable via track & trace.

  • An exception applies to incorrectly delivered / damaged items. In this case, the costs for returning will of course be reimbursed by Lether.
